1. About Skyluum

Skyluum ("we", "us", "our") operates the website skyluum.com and sells travel pillow products directly to consumers worldwide. Our registered contact is helloskyluum@gmail.com.

Product images are for illustrative purposes and slight colour variations may occur between screen displays and physical products. All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is processed. Accepted payment methods include all major credit and debit cards and any other methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify's payment infrastructure. We do not store your payment details.

5. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by their local customs authority — these charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States: 7–14 business days
Canada & Europe: 7–16 business days
International: 10–20 business days

These are estimates only and not guarantees. Skyluum is not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, product designs, and video — is the intellectual property of Skyluum and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. The Skyluum travel pillow design is patent protected. Any unauthorised reproduction or imitation of the product design may constitute patent infringement and will be pursued accordingly.
