Skyluum Return & Refund Policy

At Skyluum, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.


30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all components included (pillow, eye mask, storage bag)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Items that show signs of use, washing, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at helloskyluum@gmail.com with the subject line: Return Request — Order #[your number]
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item
  3. We will respond within 48 business hours with return instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a tracked method — we recommend keeping your tracking number

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider
  • You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued

If your refund is not showing after 10 business days, check with your bank first, then contact us at helloskyluum@gmail.com.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at helloskyluum@gmail.com
  • Include clear photos of the damage or incorrect item and your order number
  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return required for damaged goods

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different colour, please return your original order (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order for the colour you want.


Bundle Orders

If you purchased a 2-pillow bundle, both items must be returned together to receive a full bundle refund. If only one item is returned, a partial refund will be issued based on the single unit price of $69.99.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items showing signs of use or washing
  • Items missing original packaging or components
  • Gift cards

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item sent).
