Skyluum Shipping Policy

At Skyluum, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
During high-demand periods such as holidays or promotional launches, processing times may extend slightly. We will communicate any delays via email.

Skyluum ships worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only — not guarantees.

Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
Free Shipping is automatically applied when you purchase any 2-pillow bundle. This is our most popular option and the best value for travellers who want to gift a colour or keep one for themselves.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time through the carrier's tracking page. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update.
If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first and then contact us at helloskyluum@gmail.com.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Skyluum ships internationally from our fulfilment centre. For orders delivered outside of the United States, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by your country's customs authority.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product price or shipping cost. Skyluum has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order if you are unsure.
Refusing delivery due to customs charges will not qualify the order for a refund of the original shipping cost.
Delivery Issues
Lost Orders If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please first check with neighbours and your building's mail area. If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us at helloskyluum@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf. Please note that international shipments can occasionally be held in customs, which is outside our control.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at helloskyluum@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Skyluum is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at helloskyluum@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, address changes are not possible.
Split Shipments
On occasion, if you have ordered multiple items, they may be shipped in separate parcels and arrive at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each parcel if this occurs.
