Response Times

Order Status & Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't received it within 5 business days, check your spam folder first then email us.

Returns & Refunds We offer a 30-day return window from delivery. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy. To start a return, email us at helloskyluum@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Wrong Item Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
